  • Acquired additional shares of Zoom North America, LLC in U.S.A. and made it a subsidiary as a distribution base
  • ZOOM UK Distribution LTD excludes the company from equity method affiliates after applying for administration to EWHC in London
  • Launched the first microphone (ZDM-1PMP)

  • Acquired all shares of Hook Up, Inc. in Japan and made it a subsidiary

  • Listed on the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, following the market restructuring
