Disclosure Policy

Basic policy

The Company strives to disclose information in a timely, appropriate, and fair manner. Toward this end, we actively disclose information that we consider useful for investor decision-making, such as company overviews and information on the state of our activities, in addition to the information identified as important under the Timely Disclosure Rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Disclosure method

We disclose information using the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) system and our website. Information identified as important under the Timely Disclosure Rules is disclosed via TDnet. On our website, we disclose information that we consider useful for investor decision-making in addition to the information disclosed via TDnet.

Quiet period

The Company designates the period from the day after the ending date of each quarter to the date of announcement of financial results as a quiet period, to prevent leakage of information on financial results and to ensure fairness in disclosure. During the quiet period, we will refrain from answering questions on matters such as financial results or projections. However, under the Timely Disclosure Rules we will disclose any developments expected to have a material effect on financial results even during the quiet period.

Prevention of insider trading

To manage important information properly and prevent insider trading, the Company establishes related internal rules and ensures that they are understood by all Group employees and similar parties (including executives, permanent employees, contracted employees, temporary employees, and part-time employees, as well as employees of subcontractors assigned to Company premises).
